A leading cybersecurity firm in Spain is seeking a Senior Red Team Operator to execute full-spectrum Red Team operations in a highly regulated and security-focused environment. The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of experience in Red Team engagements, mastery of offensive frameworks, and strong scripting skills. This role demands high autonomy and a proactive approach to security, with opportunities to present findings to technical and executive stakeholders.

Formación

• 4 years of Red Team experience with impactful engagements in complex or regulated environments.
• Mastery of offensive frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK, Cobalt Strike, Sliver, Mythic) and custom tooling development.
• Fluent English; strong communication skills for all technical levels.

Responsabilidades

• Execute full-spectrum Red Team operations: initial access, lateral movement, escalation, exfiltration.
• Develop custom offensive tooling and resilient C2 infrastructure.
• Design realistic attack scenarios to expose critical gaps.

We are looking for a Senior Red Team Operator to join our team and work 100% dedicated to one of our top pharmaceutical clients operating in one of the most regulated and security-focused environments in the world. This is a high-impact role where you’ll emulate advanced adversaries challenge blue teams and push the boundaries of cyber defense.

What You’ll Do

• Execute full-spectrum Red Team operations (initial access lateral movement escalation exfiltration).
• Develop custom offensive tooling payloads and resilient C2 infrastructure.
• Target high-value assets across on-prem cloud and hybrid environments.
• Design realistic attack scenarios with Red and White Teams to expose critical gaps.
• Produce clear technical reports and executive-level summaries.
• Partner with engineering / operations to validate fixes and strengthen defenses.
• Research emerging threats innovate new tradecraft and mentor junior operators.
• Present findings to technical and executive stakeholders.
• Support broader cybersecurity research and uplift initiatives.

Requirements

• 4 years of Red Team experience with impactful engagements in complex or regulated environments.
• Mastery of offensive frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK Cobalt Strike Sliver Mythic) and custom tooling development.
• Strong scripting (Python PowerShell Go) and creative attack engineering.
• Proven ability to evade EDR network sensors and detection controls.
• Experience with cloud and identity offense for persistence and escalation.
• Fluent English; strong communication skills for all technical levels.
• Highly autonomous disciplined in OPSEC proactive and solution-oriented.
• Passion for offensive security and continuous exploration of new attack vectors.
