Overview

Senior QA Tester

Push Gaming is a dynamic and innovative game development studio specialising in creating top-quality, mobile-optimised online casino games. With a passion for gaming and a commitment to pushing boundaries, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences to players worldwide.

We're looking for a Senior QA Tester to play a key role in ensuring the quality and performance of our jackpot development environment. You'll design, develop, and execute test strategies for microservices, working closely with developers to debug systems and optimise backend performance. With a strong focus on automation, test documentation, and traceability, you'll help maintain high standards while identifying areas for improvement.

Location: Remote / hybrid in the UK, Poland, Malta or Spain.

Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience.

What you’ll be doing

• Help design, develop and execute comprehensive test strategies for microservices in the jackpot development environment.
• Create comprehensive test documentation, by maintaining clear test plans, cases and checklists. To make sure the projects are fully aligned and have full traceability.
• You will work closely with our developers to help design and debug our systems. This is to ensure that our processes are fully optimised and making sure that the backend performance maintains a high quality.
• Contribute to the overall QA process, ensuring high standards are met and opportunities for improvement are identified.
• Focus on delivering clear and actionable insights, maintaining a results-driven approach to track progress, ensure deadlines are met, and defects are minimized before release.
• Ensure reliable services by thoroughly testing and maintaining automated testing frameworks for efficient checks.

What you’ll bring to the role

• Track record of experience in testing microservices, APIs, and distributed systems for performance and stability.
• Highly skilled in frameworks, automation tools and backend technologies commonly used in microservices architectures.
• Skilled in creating clear, concise test documentation for full coverage and traceability.
• Delivering quality results with attention to detail, ensuring criteria are met.
• Prior experience in testing mobile applications (Android, IOS), traffic sniffing tools (e.g.: Charles)
• Experience in creating, editing test cases and managing test documentation (test plans, test cases etc.)
• Good knowledge of ClickUp / Jira
• Knowledge of bug-tracking systems
• Strong teamwork skills
• Good English
