Role

Your Role

As a Senior Product Manager at Landbot, you will contribute to creating intuitive and engaging conversational experiences for thousands of companies throughout their customer lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Discovering Opportunities: Identify problems aligned with the product strategy and company OKRs, turning them into business opportunities and outcomes. Always put the user and customer at the center of every decision to maximize value creation.
  • Establishing Direction: Define a clear North Star and align key stakeholders with your vision. Define goals and success with clearly measurable objectives and key results.
  • Delivering Solutions: Lead a cross-functional team to ensure alignment, execution, and successful product outcomes. Refine and plan solutions, drive maximum impact based on data analysis, market research, and company strategy. Anticipate risks, make tradeoffs, and balance business needs with customer needs and technical or operational constraints. Research and validate ideas, define delivery scope, ensure quality and testing.
  • Iterating on Solutions: Collaborate closely with GTM teams (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success) to align product initiatives with positioning, adoption, and growth strategies.
What We Are Looking For
  • A proven track record of 4+ years working in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Highly creative and skilled at solving complex problems balancing user experience, engineering, and business needs.
  • Solid experience collaborating with engineers and product designers in product trio setups.
  • Strong ability to build a business case and rally support to execute it.
  • Expertise in combining qualitative and quantitative analysis during discovery processes.
  • A proactive team player who removes bottlenecks and makes collaboration seamless.
  • Experience with AI, checkout & invoicing processes, and GTM strategies to prove Product Market Fit.
  • Legality to work in Spain
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with messaging, no-code, or AI products.
  • UI / UX design skills.
Hiring Process
  • HR introduction and validation of details, experience, and company fit (30 minutes).
  • Challenge: Solve a tailored product management exercise to showcase your problem-solving skills and approach (1 week).
  • Interview with the team: Meet the engineering and design team to discuss your challenge, technical perspective, and collaboration style (120 minutes).
  • Meet the CEO: Final chat to align on vision and fit (15 minutes).
