This position is located at our HQ in Madrid and reports directly to the Management team in Spain. He / she will also support leading business development opportunities with current and new clients, coordinating and developing new business proposals.

Responsibilities
- Develop strategic and creative proposals and budgets responsively for a range of clients.
- Proactively align on clients\' needs and requirements enabling you to create a strategy and plan for delivering value to them.
- Effectively connect with clients, understand their needs, and cooperate with them. Search for new opportunities with key customers.
- Build long-term relationships, always looking for matching customer needs with Samy Alliance services.
- Lead the development and delivery of new business pitches and creative proposals on PR.
- Coordinate and execute communication campaigns including media relations, event management, and KPIs reporting with the assigned team.
- Ensure the flawless execution of each campaign, maintaining continuous communication with all stakeholders and team members.
Qualifications
- University Degree is desired.
- 7+ years in a similar position within a PR or Communications agency or department
- Deep knowledge of the Spanish media environment both in brand / corporate and B2C / B2B
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and / or Google Suite applications (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Spanish native and English fluent. Other languages would be a plus.
- Proof of strong relationships with media, editors and freelancers
- Proof of having developed successful creative and strategic PR development and project presentations
- Strong speaking, presenting and writing skills; ability to create sincere, lasting business relationships
- Should be a strategic partner and trusted advisor to clients, helping them address business challenges with the right communication solutions
- Must be effectively explaining and communicating ideas (verbally, in writing, and in presentation form)
- Must be updated on marketing and communication trends
- Must have consultancy capabilities and the ability to develop long-lasting client relationships
- Must be proactive and demonstrate initiative and commercial acumen with strong sales and negotiation skills
- Must have deep knowledge and a special ability for media relations
