Formación

• Experience in complex, high-visibility projects and matrix environments.
• Strong end-to-end supply chain understanding, customer service experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Shape, plan, and deliver a high-impact strategic program.
• Manage several complex and interdependent sub-projects simultaneously.
• Apply structured project management methodologies for efficiency.
• Collaborate and influence cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
• Identify risks, define mitigation plans, and optimize outcomes.
• Manage budgets, resources, KPIs, and program reporting.
• Maintain documentation, dashboards, and communication flows.
• Ensure compliance, quality, and continuous improvement across the program.

Structured approach and strong strategic thinking

Strong analytical and financial acumen

Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel

MedTech experience

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or similar

5+ years of experience in supply chain, project management, or PMO

PMP, FPX or similar certification

Advanced English level
