The candidate will lead legal matters across jurisdictions, negotiate commercial agreements, and advise the CEO. Required qualifications include being a European-qualified lawyer with over 5 years of experience, proficiency in both Spanish and English, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Formación

• 5+ years’ experience in reputed European law-firms or in-house.
• Ability to navigate high-level discussions with confidence.
• Experience providing legal advice across multiple jurisdictions.

ChangeGroup (a Prosegur's company) is looking for a Legal Counsel located in Madrid with hybrid work model.

Drive all legal matters for ChangeGroup, retail FX-services subsidiary of Prosegur Cash, with presence in 20+ airports and 200+ branches in more than 15 jurisdictions across the globe. The company is expanding its international presence and is immersed in the modernization of its value proposition for more sophisticated and digitized customers.

You will also advise the CEO of ChangeGroup and the Head of Legal of Prosegur Cash Group.

Legal

Lead all legal matters across multiple jurisdictions, providing strategic and hands‑on legal advice to the CEO. Negotiate commercial agreements (primarily public concession and lease agreements), coordinate with external counsel, and monitor and interpret regulatory developments to ensure business alignment and risk mitigation. Governance & Transformation — Provide clear, practical, and solution‑oriented legal advice to support new products, strategic projects, and market entries. Help the business deliver its transformation roadmap by balancing risk and agility and ensuring alignment with legal and regulatory requirements.

European‑qualified lawyer with 5+ years’ experience in reputed European law‑firms or in‑house.

Fluent Spanish & English (written & spoken), sharp eye for detail, and a proactive, problem‑solving mindset.

Strong communication skills and personal presence, with the ability to build trust and credibility with senior stakeholders, contribute effectively in high‑level discussions, and navigate a fast‑changing environment with confidence.
