A leading iGaming company in Spain is seeking a strategic legal architect to manage regulatory complexities and ensure compliance across various jurisdictions. You will draft high-stakes contracts, monitor evolving regulations, and provide legal counsel to C-level executives. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of post-qualification experience, including 2 years specifically in iGaming. Step into Playson’s vibrant hub and become the strategic legal architect who converts regulatory complexity into competitive edge. If drafting high-stakes deals, steering multi-jurisdiction compliance, and advising C-level leaders sounds like your next power play, this role has your name on it.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead jurisdictional due diligence programs across our licensed markets, ensuring end-to-end regulatory alignment and proactive risk mitigation.

  • Draft, negotiate, and close complex commercial agreements, securing optimal terms while safeguarding the group’s legal position.

  • Architect and maintain corporate-governance frameworks, advising leadership on strategic risk and policy optimisation.

  • Partner with Compliance, Product, and Business verticals to align legal insights with commercial objectives and product roadmaps.

  • Monitor and interpret evolving regulation, trends, and best practice, translating insights into actionable guidance for the executive team.

  • Provide ad-hoc counsel on emerging matters to enable rapid, compliant decision-making.

Requirements:
  • LLB / LLM (or equivalent).

  • 3+ years PQE, including 2+ years in iGaming must have.

  • Proven ability to navigate multi-jurisdictional frameworks and deliver practical, business-centric solutions.

  • Excellence in contract drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder communication.

  • Meticulous, proactive, and results-driven with strong organisational skills and ethical standards.
