The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Supporting legal matters in project development and transactions, ensuring seamless risk management and contract negotiation.
• Collaborating with business development teams to draft and negotiate commercial agreements, including EPC contracts, land options, leases, and connection agreements.
• Overseeing project financial close, reviewing and drafting loan agreements, security agreements, and common terms agreements.
