A technology consultancy in Madrid seeks a Senior Java Developer for a long-term project. In this role, you will introduce Vanilla Flowable as a BPM Platform and customize it using Spring Boot. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of software development experience, with strong knowledge in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful web services. This position offers a full-time freelance contract and a hybrid working schedule (3 days on-site, 2 days teleworking) with a competitive rate.

Formación

• 3 years of experience in software development with Java, especially Spring Boot.
• Ability to write readable, testable, and maintainable code using the clean code approach.
• Fluent English (High Level).

Overview

SEEKING : Senior Java Developer

Project

To introduce Vanilla Flowable as a BPM Platform and build a product for users so that Business Units can later create software for different purposes and business needs. The goal of the team is to customize Flowable Platform which is completely built in Spring Boot to build a product that will later be used by business units.

Experience & Skills (must have)

• 3 years of experience in software development with Java (especially Spring Boot)
• Good knowledge of Spring Security
• Good knowledge of Maven
• Knowledge of DBMS SQL
• Knowledge of web services (especially RESTful WS)
• Knowledge of JUnit test (Mockito)
• Good handling of Git (using GitLab)
• Ability to write readable, testable and maintainable code using the clean code approach
• Understanding of OAuth 2.0 flow and OIDC. Understand how the process works.
• Ability to perform reverse engineering
• Very good handling of JSON / XML

Offer

Full-time Freelance contract, Rate: Up to 240 per day VAT (according to experience)
