Senior IT Product Owner

As a Senior IT Product Owner EPM, you will own the vision and delivery of our EPM planning solutions, ensuring they effectively support key Finance and Sales processes. Acting as a central link between business stakeholders and technical teams, you will drive scalable, data-driven planning solutions with a strong focus on value and usability.

What You’ll Do
  • Define and maintain the Smart Planners product vision and roadmap
  • Support core planning cycles, including forecasting, budgeting, and sales compensation
  • Partner closely with Finance and Sales teams in Barcelona, translating business needs into clear functional solutions
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog, writing high-quality user stories and ensuring smooth agile delivery
  • Guide Anaplan model design, promoting best practices and long-term scalability
  • Oversee data integrations and DataLake exports (Databricks), ensuring reliable and well-structured data flows
  • Lead and align a distributed team of model builders
  • Contribute to the Oracle transformation, supporting design, testing, and data migration activities
Who You Are
  • You have experience as a Product Owner in EPM or planning domains
  • You bring a solid understanding of forecasting, budgeting, and compensation processes
  • You have hands‑on experience with Anaplan or similar EPM tools
  • You are comfortable working with data integrations and data flow concepts
  • You communicate clearly and confidently in agile environments
  • You have experience working with distributed or international teams
