Award-winning AD100 interior design and architecture studio in Madrid is looking to expand their team with the addition of a Senior Interior Architect.
The studio is seeking a Senior Interior Designer / Architect with a strong background in hospitality design, specifically within the hotel sector. This role will take a lead position across the full lifecycle of hotel projects, from early concept through to detailed design delivery and site oversight. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing complete hotel design packages from start to finish, coordinating consultants, producing technical drawing sets, and supporting the construction process through to completion. There is also the opportunity to contribute to concept design and FF&E phases, making this a highly creative and well-rounded role. This position would suit someone confident leading complex projects while remaining hands‑on within a design‑driven environment.
The ideal candidate will have over 5 years’ experience specialising in hotel interior architecture, with proven experience delivering full hotel detailed design packages from inception through to construction. Experience contributing to concept design, FF&E selection and on‑site supervision is highly desirable. The candidate must be a native Spanish speaker or fluent in Spanish, with additional language skills in either English or French viewed as essential or highly advantageous. They should be technically confident in AutoCAD, highly organised, and comfortable taking ownership of complex projects within a collaborative studio environment, combining creative sensitivity with strong delivery skills.
