An international engineering company in Spain is seeking an experienced HVAC Engineer to develop specifications and oversee HVAC installations for top-level projects. Formación

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering is required.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in the field.
• Proficiency in English (minimum B2, C1 preferred).
• Experience in Steel Mill Projects is highly valued.

Responsabilidades

• Develop HVAC documents and specifications.
• Prepare requisitions and manage orders with vendors.
• Conduct site visits for installation supervision.
• Provide construction support and technical evaluations.

Principal functions

• Development of the following documents:
• HVAC Philosophy.
• Specifications for HVAC Systems.
• HVAC System Loads and Equipment Sizing Calculation (HAP Carrier).
• HVAC System Flow Diagrams.
• HVAC System Design: Equipment Specification and Data Sheets.
• HVAC system input/output signal lists.
• Lists of HVAC power consumptions.

• Preparation of requisitions for inquiry and purchase of HVAC equipment and bulk materials.
• Develop of Technical BID Evaluation reports of requisitions.
• Technical management and follow-up of orders with vendors, integrators and subcontractors.
• Construction support.
• Sporadic site visits for supervising HVAC installations, commissioning and start up.

Requirements

• Master / University Degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience.
• English (minimum B2 or equivalent). C1 is desirable.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Management of HVAC loads calculation software (HAP preferably).
• Experience in Steel Mill Projects (Highly valued).
