Join Axpo Iberia as a Senior HR Generalist (Temporary) and make an impact by ensuring smooth HR operations during a key maternity leave coverage period. This role is your opportunity to contribute to both local and global HR initiatives while supporting employees and managers in Spain.

What you will do :
  • Act as a trusted HR contact for managers in assigned departments collaborating with the HRBP and local HR team.
  • Coordinate local labor processes ensure compliance with Spanish legislation and adapt operational topics to Axpo Spains needs.
  • Support regulatory updates and policy implementation including the equality plan anti-harassment policy and annual learning plan.
  • Assist managers in employee relations topics like disciplinary cases performance issues and long-term absences.
  • Execute global HR processes such as talent reviews succession planning and culture initiatives and define local measures.
  • Manage employee onboarding training coordination and communications related to HR activities.
  • Collaborate closely with global HR teams on projects and day-to-day activities.
What you bring & who you are :
  • University degree in Psychology Business Administration Labour Relations or similar.
  • At least 5 years of HR experience ideally in multinational companies.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and Spanish labor law with experience working in international teams.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and tools as well as advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Native Spanish and fluent English language skills.
  • Personal qualities : teamwork assertiveness attention to detail integrity and a proactive innovative mindset.
