Key Responsibilities
- The ideal candidate will be the nucleus of our office, serving as the go-to person for all People and Admin needs.
- They will work closely with headquarters, Regional GM, and Regional team leaders to achieve overall employee satisfaction and ensure the regional office runs smoothly.
- Global recruiting efforts will be their primary focus, managing the entire recruitment cycle from job application to evaluating candidates for a possible match.
- Additionally, they will support HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and staff activities.
- They will also work closely with the Global People Operations Team to align company values and culture.
- Furthermore, the HR administration function will offer high-quality service to employees while continually improving accuracy and processes.
Requirements
- A bachelor''s degree or above, preferably in HR or a related field.
- Generalist experience, at least 5 years of tech recruitment and employee relationship experience in a multinational company.
- A good understanding of European Employment Law and Best Practices is essential.
- Excellent English written and oral communication skills are required.
- Experience working in a global team environment, adapting to different working cultures.
- Proactive, result-driven, and customer-oriented traits are necessary for this role.
