YOUR MISSION

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join one of our strategic international projects with an international client based in the USA, a leading global partner of Atlassian. The company is currently migrating its suite of apps for Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket from the existing Connect framework to the new Forge framework developed by Atlassian.

You’ll play a key technical role in designing and implementing new features while leading the migration of existing apps to Forge — ensuring scalability, performance, and best development practices in a fully agile environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Node.js and React.
• Lead the migration of Atlassian apps from Connect to Forge, ensuring seamless transitions and high‑quality code.
• Collaborate closely with distributed teams across time zones in an agile environment (Scrum/Kanban).
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical planning.
• Work with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.) to ensure data integrity and performance.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other engineers.
• Stay up to date with Atlassian technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

✅ Must‑have Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong expertise in Node.js and React.
• Experience working with relational databases.
• Proven track record working in agile environments.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, especially in international setups.
• High level of English proficiency (B2–C1) — essential for daily communication with global teams and clients.

Nice‑to‑have Skills

• Experience working with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).
• Familiarity with Atlassian Forge or app development for the Atlassian ecosystem.
• Knowledge of cloud environments and CI/CD pipelines.
