Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Finance Leader to join our team. As a key business partner, you will play a vital role in shaping our company's financial strategy and providing data-driven insights to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

• Strategic Finance Leadership :

Collaborate with regional leadership to develop and implement financial strategies that drive business growth across Spain and Portugal.

Finance Transformation Champion :

Lead the transition of finance operations to a shared service model, ensuring seamless process migration and operational continuity.

Technical Finance Expertise :

Bring deep knowledge in accounting, tax, compliance, internal audit, transfer pricing, and FP&A to drive financial excellence.

Insights & AnalyticsDevelopment :

Build and mentor a high-performing analytics team to deliver actionable insights and advanced financial modeling.

Cross-functional Collaboration :

Partner effectively with global and regional teams to align financial forecasts and metrics.

Leadership & Team Development :

Lead and develop a regional finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.

Requirements :

To succeed in this role, you will need :

Education :

Finance degree or equivalent recognized qualification in Finance

Language :

Excellent command of spoken and written English

Experience :

More than 6-8 years leading and managing a local finance function

Skills :

Strong technical finance skills, including accounting, tax, compliance, internal audit, transfer pricing, and FP&A

Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
