A healthcare technology company in Spain is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a team and shape engineering excellence. The role involves managing 6-15 engineers, establishing quality standards, and fostering a collaborative environment. 🚀 What you'll build and who you'll work with
You'll lead 6-15 engineers across multiple crews, working closely with product managers, designers, support operations, and data scientists. You're the bridge between technology and real member impact. In this role, you will:

Location: You must be legally eligible to work in France, Belgium, or Spain.
