We are seeking a results-driven Senior Digital Advertising Sales Manager to join our expanding international sales team in Madrid. This role is responsible for managing and growing relationships with key enterprise clients across Europe, with a focus on delivering impactful digital advertising solutions that drive long-term business value.Own and grow strategic relationships with key advertising clients and agencies across Europe, particularly within Spain and Spanish-speaking markets.Identify business opportunities and lead end-to-end sales processes from prospecting, pitch, negotiation, to campaign execution and renewal.Act as the primary point of contact for top-tier clients, ensuring seamless communication, trust, and partnership growth.Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, ad operations, and data teams to develop tailored advertising strategies.Consistently meet or exceed quarterly revenue goals and key performance indicators.Provide market feedback, client insights, and campaign performance analysis to inform strategy and product development.Stay up to date with trends in digital media and industry innovations.Minimum 5+ years of experience in digital advertising sales, account management, or business development—preferably in the internet / media / tech industry.Proven track record of managing large-scale clients and closing high-value advertising deals.Deep understanding of digital ad products (e.G. display, video, native, programmatic, branded content, performance marketing).Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative, client-first mindset.Proficiency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken) is required ;Experience in both branding and performance-based advertising.Google Ads, DV360, Meta Ads, programmatic DSPs).Competitive base salary with performance-based commission.Opportunities for professional growth within a rapidly expanding digital media organization.
