Formación

Senior DevSecOps Engineer - Quantum + AI - San Sebastián

We’re seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to lead our security and automation strategy, strengthen our cloud infrastructure, and support deployments for enterprise clients. You’ll collaborate with a high-level technical team in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and improve DevSecOps practices and security automation.
• Mentor engineers on secure development and cybersecurity best practices.
• Implement tools and processes that enhance software delivery and security.
• Support deployments for Fortune 500 clients.
• Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot security and infrastructure solutions.
• Contribute to internal platform design and cross-team collaboration.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in DevSecOps.
• Strong AWS / Azure network and security expertise.
• Experience with SAST, DAST, SIEM, SSO, penetration testing, incident response.
• Knowledge of cryptographic controls and key management.
• Experience with Terraform and standard DevOps tools / practices.
• Proficiency in Bash, Python, Go, or similar languages.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Cloud / security certifications (AWS, Azure, CCNA / CCNP) are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Kubernetes (Helm, ArgoCD, EKS), CI / CD pipelines, and microservices.
• Multi-cloud or hybrid environment experience.
• Knowledge of service meshes (Istio), PostgreSQL, SaaS deployments, and release management.
• Experience supporting ML / analytics infrastructure is a bonus.
