Key Responsibilities
  • Dive deep into party reference data to identify and resolve quality issues, inconsistencies, and discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to integrate, cleanse, and maintain data effectively.
  • Develop and implement best practices for data quality control in partnership with the product owner.
  • Provide actionable insights from complex data sets to support strategic decisions.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, guiding internal stakeholders on data-related matters and ensuring compliance with policies.
  • Partner with Product Owner and IT teams to enhance data management processes.
  • Uphold Chubb's ethical standards and guidelines in all activities.
  • Pursue continuous education to enhance technical skills and maintain professional credentials.
  • Train and mentor junior team members, fostering their growth and development.
What We're Looking For
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of party reference data concepts and interdependencies.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve complex data issues efficiently.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools like SQL, Excel, and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Proven experience in data quality management, profiling, and cleansing.
  • Familiarity with industry standards related to party reference data.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex insights to diverse stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to data integrity and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • A customer-centric approach with high ethical standards.
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • At least 2 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
  • Experience in producing and reviewing client profiles.
  • Understanding of commercial lines of business.
