ZEAL Iberia S.L.U. a leading company in the management of lotteries through the internet has a contract with ONCE to provide marketing services to manage and maximize the sales and results of the JuegosONCE website and other digital channels (i.e. mobile apps).

Your tasks

• Design, develop and implement predictive models including purchase models and customer behavior models (churn, retention, propensity, etc.).
• Data extraction and transformation using SQL, including GA4 and BigQuery, in an autonomous and efficient manner.
• Analysis of digital user behavior across our channels (web, app, CRM).
• Collaborate with business teams to identify opportunities with a focus on improving customer experience and commercial performance.
• Communicate complex findings in a clear and effective manner to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Design and execution of A/B tests and hypothesis testing to validate new strategies.
• Build dashboards and visualizations to monitor predictive KPIs and facilitate the tracking of key metrics.
• Contribute to data strategy and best practices.
• Automate analysis workflows and integrate models into production systems.

What you offer us

• Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field.
• Proficient in predictive modeling using Python, R, SQL.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
