As the largest agency in French-speaking Switzerland, MICROPOLE offers a unique opportunity for growth and collaboration. Currently, we're seeking a Power BI Expert (Part-Time) to join our team. Knowledge of Qlik is a plus.

Tasks:

• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
• Analyze and visualize data using Power BI to support decision-making processes.
• Ensure data quality and accuracy within Power BI models.
• If knowledgeable in Qlik, develop and maintain Qlik reports and dashboards as required.
• Train users and provide ongoing support to ensure effective use of Power BI tools (and Qlik, if applicable).
• Contribute to improving business intelligence practices and workflows within the organization.
• Knowledge of data integration with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.

Profile:

• 5+ years of experience working with Power BI, preferably in a fast-paced or consulting environment.
• Strong expertise in data visualization, creating dashboards, and generating insights using Power BI.
• Experience with DAX, Power Query, and advanced data modeling.
• Knowledge of Qlik is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into analytical solutions.
• Fluent in English (French is a plus).
• Capable of working autonomously and managing time effectively in a part-time role.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and present insights.
