We are seeking dynamic, highly motivated and skilled individuals with experience in delivering people programs, including client engagements to support large scale global transformational programs, in areas such as:

• Design HR transformation initiatives based on a deep understanding of HR processes and target operating model, business strategies and leading practice point of view with innovative solutions.
• Lead client-facing workforce transformation projects to support our clients in the following areas: strategic workforce planning, talent and skill management, learning strategy, organization design and architecture, people analytics, AI adoption.
• Lead large-scale transformation projects from a people and change management perspective.
• Evaluate and manage client challenges so that our clients can maximize the return on their global investment in human capital through technology and digital solutions.

The successful candidate will be expected to:

• Be able to effectively support all aspects of engagement delivery end-to-end with a strong client focus, working closely with other team members to successfully deliver project outcomes
• Be a fast learner and analytical thinker
• Have great communication and collaboration skills
• Have experience working in a complex, fast moving environment and dealing professionally with multiple stakeholders
• Be able to work effectively with little supervision and tight deadlines
• Have strong execution, ownership and accountability skills
• Be a team player
• Manage work and personal commitments within an agile working policy, which means having space for flexibility in how, when and where you complete your work to meet project deliverables

The successful candidate should bring the following qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree from an accredited college/university required and HR advanced degree from an accredited college/university is preferred
• Minimum of 2 years’ consulting experience with Human Resources
• Other certifications: Scrum Master, Design Thinking, Prosci, PMI, HR technology certifications
