We are seeking a Senior Business Requirements Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions across diverse projects in fintech, banking, and telco sectors. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to elicit, structure, and document requirements that drive impactful solutions. You will facilitate collaboration between business users, architects, and development teams, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. The position offers opportunities to shape processes, influence solution design, and contribute to change initiatives in a dynamic, multi-cultural environment. Ideal candidates are analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities while communicating effectively with both business and technical teams.

Accountabilities:

• Lead requirements discovery sessions with business and technical stakeholders to understand needs and objectives.
• Translate business requirements into structured documentation, including UML diagrams, workflows, and data models.
• Support solution design by ensuring requirements are clear and actionable for technical teams.
• Facilitate communication and alignment between business users, architects, and developers.
• Contribute to impact assessments, change discussions, and project planning.
• Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements engineering, or similar roles.
• Proficiency in English at B2-C1 level.
• Relevant certification such as CBAP (IIBA), OMG Certified UML Professional Advanced, or equivalent.
• Strong skills in requirements elicitation, documentation, modeling techniques, and analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience creating UML diagrams, workflows, and data models to support solution design.
