We are currently looking for a senior consultant to join our fast-growing team in Spain.

The new team member will also collaborate directly with our teams in other offices of Spain and Brussels in the international and European public sector, with the following characteristics :

Responsibilities

• You will be part of a multicultural and interdisciplinary team working for European and International Organisations.
• The Business International Organisations team (BUS IO) is contributing to transforming global institutions to design better public policies, enhance public services delivery and improve organisational performance.
• Our main clients include the European Commission, United Nations and NATO.
• You will be involved in exciting projects with the world's leading institutions, related to policymaking and evaluation, stakeholder engagement, digital transformation, strategy and intelligence, operational excellence, talented people and citizen experience.
• The projects you will be involved in cover different industries, including health and social care, public resources, green deals, digital government, digital labour market, intellectual property and justice and public safety.
• You will be expected to work with energy and passion to take on new challenges, accompanying us in the definition of the most appropriate solution / s for the challenges and strategy of our clients, coordinating the team to develop the analysis, strategies and appropriate recommendations.
• As part of the BUS IO team, you may conduct the following tasks :
• Work directly with clients to develop consulting methodologies, tools and standards that support business value
• Define strategies and implement relevant actions to engage key stakeholders within the project context
• Define and execute quantitative and qualitative analysis to assess customer requirements
• Analyse clients' needs, diagnose the actual situation and identify recommendations
• Propose solid frameworks and structures to satisfy clients' needs
• Coordinate and efficiently supervise the tasks of the junior consultants, distributing workloads, controlling the quality of the deliverables and leading and guiding the generation of project documents
• Present and coordinate meetings with the client
• Build project and commercial proposal deliverables according to NTT DATA quality standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Political science or similar
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in consulting, if possible, working for the public sector
• Full proficiency in English and another European language
• Excellent communication and drafting skills in English
• Experience in team and project management
• Good client and team orientation
• Demonstrated leadership, proactivity and initiative
• Teamwork, flexibility, autonomy and quality orientation
• An interest in European Institutions and policies
• An interest in digital solutions and technologies
