Your Mission
Join Livo as a Senior Backend Engineer and help reinvent how healthcare systems plan and deliver care. You’ll play a key role in building our next-generation Shift Work Planner — the engine that will empower 50,000+ healthcare professionals and 200+ facilities to coordinate care more fairly, flexibly, and efficiently.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll design and ship systems that solve challenging problems in scheduling and workforce management — working closely with product, design, and operations to deliver solutions that make a real-world impact.
What You’ll Build
- Intelligent Workforce Orchestration: Contribute to the scheduling platform that balances fairness, compliance, and efficiency at scale.
- Scalable Infrastructure: Build Backend systems that handle complex constraints, real-time availability, and multi-country healthcare operations.
- Predictive Staffing & Optimization: Implement features like demand forecasting, gap alerts, and float pool planning.
- AI-Driven Matching: Work on integrating algorithms that optimize staff allocation and reduce burnout.
- Cross-Platform Integration: Ensure seamless workflows across Livo Marketplace, Internal Scheduling, and Offers.
