A leading luxury fashion retailer based in Barcelona is seeking a Senior Analyst for their Marketing Intelligence team. The ideal candidate will lead advanced analyses of customer behavior, design dashboards, and drive marketing attribution models. They should have over 6 years of analytical experience, strong SQL skills, and preferably familiarity with Power BI. To support our Marketing Intelligence team we are searching for a Senior Analyst Marketing Intelligence to be based in our Barcelona office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Lead advanced analysis of the customer journey and performance marketing behavior, translating insights into actionable recommendations for PM and leadership
  • Experience driving end to end projects execution.
  • Design, build, and own complex dashboards and reporting frameworks to support decision-making at channel, region, and campaign level
  • Drive the development and application of marketing attribution and allocation models across channels (SEA, SEO, Affiliate, Email, Performance Display)
  • Act as a strong analytical partner to Performance Marketing, Data Engineering, and MarTech, ensuring scalable and reliable data pipelines
  • Own data quality, validation, and consistency, setting standards for accuracy and reliability across MI outputs
  • Continuously optimize existing analytical processes and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
  • Take ownership of strategic analytical projects, from scoping to delivery, with limited supervision
WHO YOU ARE
  • University degree in (business) informatics, mathematics, data science, economics, business administration, or similar
  • 6+ years of experience in analytical roles, ideally within e-commerce, digital marketing, or performance-driven environments
  • Strong experience working with large datasets and complex analytical problems
  • Advanced technical skills (SQL required; Python/R strongly preferred; Excel and ETL experience expected)
  • Marketing Mix Modelling is highly valued
  • Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing channels, ad-tech, and web tracking
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect analysis to commercial decisions
  • High standards for quality, precision, and ownership
  • Proactive, self-driven team player who is comfortable operating independently
  • Fluent in Business English
