Hello! At Factorial, we're looking for a Senior Accountant to join our Finance Team at our Barcelona HQ and help us elevate our company and serve our customers better! Are you ready for the challenge?

The Role

The Senior Accountant will be involved in all accounting processes of the company. We seek a professional who is experienced, passionate about accounting, detail-oriented, highly organized, and accustomed to working within tight deadlines. The ideal candidate should thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where the finance function is being professionalized and processes and tools are continuously improved. We expect you to embrace change, proactively identify improvements, and suggest ways to optimize daily accounting and reporting activities.

Main Tasks

1. At least 3 years of experience in the finance field
2. Posting payments
3. Balancing the General Ledger
4. Bank accounting and reconciliations
5. Data analysis
6. Reconciling the balance sheet
7. Knowledge of Netsuite
8. Tax knowledge

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Reside in or plan to move to Barcelona
• Ability to work from the office
• Ensure workflow efficiency
• Excellent team player
