Formación

Responsabilidades

  • Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, closing, upselling, and account management.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Blockchain & AI experts.
  • Sell sponsorships, exhibition spaces, digital media, and unique experiences.
  • Prepare customized proposals, pitch decks, and presentations.

We’re EBC – a fast-growing global event organiser on a mission to build leading conferences for emerging technologies, Web3, AI, and fintech.

Our events have gathered 20,000+ people, shaping the future of technology. We are expanding to new locations and currently organize events in Barcelona, London, and Abu Dhabi. If you’re excited about the future of tech, this could be the role for you.

We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our Barcelona team, focusing on scaling sales efforts. This role involves outbound sales, account management, and building relationships with leaders in blockchain and AI, reporting to our Chief Commercial Officer.

About You

You’re ambitious, proactive, and eager to close deals. You love sales, are strategic, curious about the industry, and thrive in fast-paced environments. You’re a skilled multi-tasker and prioritize effectively.

Your responsibilities :

  • Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, closing, upselling, and account management.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Blockchain & AI experts, from startups to corporations.
  • Sell sponsorships, exhibition spaces, digital media, and unique experiences.
  • Engage in outbound outreach through multiple channels.
  • Attend industry events and meetups to generate leads and network.
  • Prepare customized proposals, pitch decks, and presentations.
  • Update and manage your sales pipeline in HubSpot.
  • Contribute to improving sales processes and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with fellow Account Executives to share insights and industry trends.

Who Are We Looking For :

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Experience selling event sponsorships or media is a plus.
  • Passion and curiosity about Web3, AI, fintech, and emerging tech.
  • Hunter mentality: driven, persistent, results-focused.
  • Excellent communication skills, adaptable to different audiences.
  • Native or fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willing to travel occasionally for industry events.
  • Comfortable in a startup environment — flexible, proactive, and innovative.
