A global technology leader in Madrid is looking for a Sales Development Representative to identify and qualify new customers in the hospitality sector across Austria and Germany. Strong communication skills and fluency in German and Spanish are crucial for the role. You will generate leads, schedule appointments for the sales team, and maintain the CRM system. The position offers a hybrid model, with three days a week in the office, and encourages a diverse workplace where qualifications and merit drive employment decisions.

Formación

  • Sales or customer acquisition experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and customer orientation skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and in a structured manner.
  • Fluency in German and Spanish is required; good English skills are a plus.

Responsabilidades

  • Identify and research potential customers in target markets.
  • Initiate contact with leads via phone, email, and social media.
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria.
