Formación

• Bachelors or higher in Renewable Energy Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics, etc.
• Strong knowledge of renewable energy installations, particularly in PV and wind.
• Understanding of communication protocols like OPC, 104, and DNP3.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support for SCADA systems and control centers for renewable energy assets.
• Act as contact point for clients on day-to-day project services.
• Evaluate and optimize internal and client procedures.

Conocimientos

Knowledge of renewable energy installations, especially PV and wind power

Experience in systems administration and database management: SQL

Knowledge of OPC, 104, and DNP3 communication protocols

Programming experience: C / JAVA / Python

Experience in telecommunications networks and cybersecurity

B2 English level desirable

The role :

We are looking for SCADA Support Engineers to join our Operations department!

Your key responsibilities :

• Support for SCADA systems and control centres for renewable energy generation assets.
• Point of contact with the client for day-to-day projects and services at the SCADA support level. Includes ticket management, evaluation, resolution and escalation if necessary.
• Evaluation of internal and client procedures and optimisation of these.
• Coordination of activities with the client and support in management with third parties involved.
• Regular monitoring of the service together with the client.
• Resolution of third-level incidents (functional and technical).
• Regular monitoring of the service together with the customer.
• Resolution of 3rd level incidents (functional and technical).
• Preparation of regular service reports and project documentation.
• Coordination of support activities and incident monitoring.
• Support for clients and users in the use of Bluence and other SCADA systems.
• Training for clients and users, as well as identification and assessment of new requirements.

Your skills and experience :

• Degrees : Renewable Energy Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics, etc.
• Knowledge of renewable energy installations, especially PV and wind power.
• Knowledge of OPC, 104, and DNP3 communication protocols.
• Experience in telecommunications networks and cybersecurity.
• Experience in systems administration and database management : SQL.
• Programming experience : C / JAVA / Python, etc.
• Experience in SCADA and CC solutions.
• B2 English level desirable.
