Overview :

We are seeking a Senior SAP Project Manager to lead and deliver complex SAP implementation, rollout, transformation and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate will have deep background experience in SAP modules and project management methodologies, and possesses the management skills necessary to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end SAP projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including SAP consultants, developers, business analysts, and external partners.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Provide regular reporting to senior management and stakeholders.

Required experience & qualifications :

University degree in a related field (Business, IT, Engineering).

At least 8 years of experience leading SAP projects.

Strong understanding of SAP ERP (ECC & S4 / HANA) environments.

Proven track record in managing end-to-end SAP implementations, migrations, or rollouts.

Proficiency in project methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, or SAFe.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Fluency in English

Preferred skills :

Project Management certification(s) (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile / Scrum).

Deep knowledge in SAP modules or hands on consulting experience.

Additional experience in project management roles.

Additional spoken languages.
