In this role, you'll provide first line support for SAP solutions, manage incident processes, and liaise between business key users and technology. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP monitoring, analytical skills, and advanced English proficiency. • Very strong background in I-Docs, B-Docs, RFC queues, Batch jobs.
• Interfaces between SAP systems - CRM, ECC, SCM.
• Interfaces to external third party systems using SAP PI.

We are NEORIS ! As a digital accelerator we help companies step into the future! Currently we are looking for SAP JuniorConsultant Sales & Logistic Execution

What will you be doing?

• Be the first line support for the business on all aspects of the SAP solutions including : triaging issues, resolving issues, escalating issues to the key resolver groups.
• Manage the incident and request process ensuring calls are resolved in an appropriate time according to their priority and service level agreements.
• Act as a key liaison between business key users and the technology team for investigating, analysing, and implementing SAP business solution fixes and changes.
• Able to investigate issues from a technical perspective using standard SAP tools to identify root cause for problems and subsequently support the resolution of the underlying issues.
• Monitor key technical aspects of the SAP solution, including integration across SAP systems and the touchpoints with external non-SAP systems.
• Monitor key SAP business processes to ensure they are being followed and where improvement is needed, collaboratively introducing appropriate activities with the Global Process Owner to drive adoption.

• Very strong background in the monitoring, understanding and issue resolution in the following technical SAP areas : •I-Docs, •B-Docs, •RFC queues, •Batch jobs,
• Interfaces between SAP systems - CRM,ECC,SCM
• Interfaces to external third party systems via the use of SAP PI or other similar tools
• Strong SAP functional knowledge in the areas of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM) and Finance (FIN)
• Strong analytical skills
• Advanced english
• Open to travel (EMEA)
