A leading global FMCG organization is seeking an experienced SAP IBP Consultant to support a large-scale S/4HANA transformation. This role involves designing and implementing SAP IBP solutions while collaborating with global teams. The ideal candidate has proven SAP IBP experience, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and excellent English communication abilities. This is a remote role with occasional European travel, lasting 6-12 months.

Formación

• Proven experience in SAP IBP.
• Track record of delivering within large-scale S/4HANA programmes.
• FMCG or Consumer Goods industry experience highly advantageous.

SAP IBP Consultant - S/4HANA Transformation | FMCG Sector

We are currently partnering with a leading global FMCG organisation embarking on a large-scale S/4HANA transformation and are looking to engage an experienced SAP IBP Consultant on a freelance basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-profile programme and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the client's global supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP IBP within an S/4HANA transformation programme.

• Collaborate with global supply chain and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions.

• Ensure best practices and standard functionalities are leveraged to deliver maximum value.

• Act as a subject matter expert, advising on planning processes, integration points, and data flows.

• Provide knowledge transfer, training, and support to internal teams.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in SAP IBP (Demand, Supply, Inventory, Response, or Control Tower).

• Track record of delivering within large-scale S/4HANA programmes.

• FMCG or Consumer Goods industry experience highly advantageous.

• Strong stakeholder engagement and business-facing skills.

• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
