An international consulting firm is seeking a Lead SAP EWM Consultant for a 6-month project in Madrid with a hybrid work arrangement. The role involves senior functional leadership, guiding solution design and ensuring the successful implementation of complex EWM processes. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in SAP EWM, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage high-level stakeholders in automotive environments. Immediate start available.

Formación

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on SAP EWM implementation experience.

Lead SAP EWM Consultant – 6 months – Madrid (Remote)

RED is currently supporting an international client on an implementation project and are looking for an experienced Lead SAP EWM Consultant to join the program. This is a senior functional leadership role, responsible for guiding solution design, leading teams, and driving complex EWM processes end to end.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of hands‑on SAP EWM implementation experience
• At least 2 years in a formal leadership role (team leadership + project leadership)
• Strong experience designing and configuring complex, integrated EWM solutions
• Full end‑to‑end functional expertise in EWM within automotive environments
• Deep knowledge of advanced processes: JIT sequencing, production supply, ASR, inbound/outbound, internal warehouse movements, RF, physical inventory
• Experience leading workshops, gathering requirements, and translating them into designs
• Proven integration experience with SAP TM (ASR mandatory), MM, SD, PP, PP/DS, QM
• Experience with subcontracting processes integrated with EWM
• Knowledge of RFID, handheld devices, and automated systems (e.g., Kardex)
• Ability to manage senior business and IT stakeholders up to C‑Level
• Strong skills in risk management, planning, team coordination, and project delivery
• Experience leading all testing phases, hyper‑care, training, and post‑go‑live support

This is a hands‑on leadership role for senior consultants comfortable acting as the main functional authority for EWM within complex, international automotive environments.
