SAP ABAP Developer for the

Financial Accounting and Asset Management team.

As the central solution provider for information and telecommunications systems in REWE Digital Spain we plan, develop, configure, and operate efficient systems and applications for the REWE Group, one of the leading trade and tourism groups in Germany and Europe with around 390,000 employees. Our team of over 2,200 IT specialists sets standards for IT implementation in the retail industry and develops new technologies for the sector.

The product "Accounting Integration" serves the standardized, harmonized, functional integration of delivering and receiving applications / products / processes into the accounting of the Financial Core System of REWE Group

• In addition to governance, quality assurance and the enablement of functional products, the focus is also on advising and coordinating the various areas involved.

Responsibilities

• You will design, test and implement complex SAP / NON-SAP interfaces using modern web technologies.
• You will optimize business processes, develop solutions for digitalization and harmonization measures in procurement in connection with relevant SAP systems and support the operational implementation.
• By recording the commercial processes and familiarizing yourself with the systems, you will get a picture of the current status.
• You stay on top of things and keep a constant eye on the quality of our solutions. To ensure that not only our systems continue to develop, but also you as a person, you use our offer of access including free learning time on the SAP Learning Hub to broaden your technical knowledge and be prepared for the future.

Qualifications

• Professional and technical know-how in the field of data modelling / provision.
• Advanced training in dataflow design with SAP Data Services, ABAP and HANA-DB, among others.
• Several years of experience (5+) in programming with ABAP / -OO in SAP modules (FI, MM or SD).
• The ABAP Development Tools in Eclipse or the SAP HANA Studio are the development environments of choice for you, as they have been productive experience under S / 4 HANA with modern technologies such as Core Data Services (CDS), RESTful ABAP Programming (RAP) and Fiori Elements for a while.
• Ideal if you have experience in configuring and customizing in the SAP world.
• A very good command of English is a basic requirement for our communication.
• It is fine if you already have experience in working according to agile procedures and can infect your teammates with your enthusiasm - but enthusiasm alone is enough for us.
• It is a necessary condition to live in Spain and have a work permit without sponsorship.
