Main Responsibilities:

• Develop software based on user requirements, functional and technical design specifications.
• Assist with quality assurance activities as needed.
• Assess, troubleshoot, document, upgrade, and develop maintenance procedures.
• Review code for potential performance issues, reusability, and anomalies.

Mandatory Skills:

• At least 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Experience developing complex solutions on Salesforce.
• Proficiency in development technologies such as APEX, Visualforce, migration tools, SOQL, and web services.
• Understanding of DevOps/Agile (SCRUM) and Waterfall methodologies, SDLC, and coding principles is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and take accountability for all assigned applications.
• Excellent spoken and written English skills.
• Experience in an international, intercultural environment and willingness to travel.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is mandatory; additional Salesforce certifications are a plus.
