Una empresa líder en salud está buscando un Especialista en Ventas y Terapia TAVI para unirse a su equipo en Castilla y León. El candidato ideal deberá tener más de 2 años de experiencia en ventas en la industria de la salud y un nivel de inglés C1. Este rol implicará alcanzar objetivos de ventas y desarrollar relaciones con cuentas clave, además de asegurar actividades de ventas éticas y legales.

Formación

  • Se requiere C1 de inglés.
  • Más de 2 años de experiencia en ventas en el sector de la salud.
  • Capacidades informáticas para el sistema de informes de campo de Abbott.

Responsabilidades

  • Lograr los objetivos de ventas del territorio y desarrollar nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
  • Mantener relaciones cercanas con cuentas clave.
  • Cumplir con los estándares legales y éticos de la empresa.

Position : Sales & Therapy Specialist TAVI - Madrid y Castilla y León 70% (Toda España de acuerdo a la necesidad del negocio 30%)

Purpose of the Job

Assuring consistent sales growth and achievement of sales goals and targets in assigned Division TAVI &territory by identifying opportunities and gaining new business while maintaining existing business

Responsibilities
  • Achieve territory total product sales targets and associated individual product targets. Carry out sales calls targeting high sales areas for maximum efficiency and develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients. Monitor market trends and competitor activity in assigned territory.
  • Complete and submit timely administration tasks such as customer record keeping (CM) rolling forecasts monthly highlights expenses line with divisional standards. Manage samples demo devices promotional and phone expense budgets as per your plan spreadsheet to ensure expenses budget is contained.
  • Maintain close relationships with key accounts and ensure their requirements are being met by the Companys products where possible. Represent Abbott in a professional manner that aligns with Company image ensuring activities comply with legal and ethical standards.
  • Compliance with local and corporate policies and procedures.

Relevant Product Knowledge

  • Capable computer skills for Abbott field reporting data system and necessary correspondence and spreadsheets.

Educational Requirements

  • Appropriate tertiary qualification or Medical / Paramedical certification e.g. nursing or Relevant industry experience.
  • Preferably prior learning of professional selling skills.
  • More than 2 years with relevant experience in a sales role in the Health Care Industry (time in role indicative / expectation only). Mainly focused on TAVI segment

English C1.
