The project

We are looking for a Sales Specialist to join our Sales team in the Pepe Jeans Showroom, focusing on selling in the showroom while working closely with the team to create a great atmosphere for co-workers and clients.

What will the role entail?

  • Create a cohesive story of the collection to present to customers
  • Remote and digital selling to E-commerce customers
  • Support the Wholesale Sales team throughout the selling process and period, from showroom campaigns to final shipment
  • Monitor product and pricing competitiveness online and in stores
  • Arrange product displays and demonstrate product features
  • Coordinate final shipment of products to customers
  • Analyze seasonal data (customers, sales, market research)
  • Prospect new customers
  • Create tools to support sales in ECI, such as reports and product books
  • Train staff with product presentations and sales arguments
  • Conduct sales analysis
  • Maintain daily communication with departments like Customer Service and Credit Control for order follow-up

Requisitos

  • 1-2 years of previous experience in a similar role
  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • A master's degree in Fashion is a significant plus
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools such as PowerPoint and Word
  • Passion for retail and fashion
