The project
We are looking for a Sales Specialist to join our Sales team in the Pepe Jeans Showroom, focusing on selling in the showroom while working closely with the team to create a great atmosphere for co-workers and clients.
What will the role entail?
- Create a cohesive story of the collection to present to customers
- Remote and digital selling to E-commerce customers
- Support the Wholesale Sales team throughout the selling process and period, from showroom campaigns to final shipment
- Monitor product and pricing competitiveness online and in stores
- Arrange product displays and demonstrate product features
- Coordinate final shipment of products to customers
- Analyze seasonal data (customers, sales, market research)
- Prospect new customers
- Create tools to support sales in ECI, such as reports and product books
- Train staff with product presentations and sales arguments
- Conduct sales analysis
- Maintain daily communication with departments like Customer Service and Credit Control for order follow-up

Requisitos
- 1-2 years of previous experience in a similar role
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- A master's degree in Fashion is a significant plus
- Proficiency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus
- Advanced Excel skills
- Proficiency in MS Office tools such as PowerPoint and Word
- Passion for retail and fashion
