A tech solutions company based in Bilbao is looking for a sales-driven professional to help expand IoT connectivity solutions across Latin America. This role requires 1–2 years' sales experience, fluency in Spanish and English, and strong negotiation skills. The ideal candidate will engage with customers, achieve sales targets, and understand technical products. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focused on international markets and emerging technologies.

Formación

  • 1–2 years’ experience in sales as a new business hunter.
  • Ability to learn and explain technical products or services quickly.
  • Understanding of Latin American markets or business practices is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with prospective and existing customers across Latin America via phone-based sales activity.
  • Consistently work towards and achieve defined sales targets.
  • Develop a strong understanding of connectivity and IoT solutions in order to explain value clearly and confidently.
  • Identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Qualify and escalate larger or more complex opportunities to field sales teams.
  • Manage order processing efficiently to ensure a smooth customer journey.
  • Respond to customer queries and issues in a professional and solutions-focused manner.
Required Experience & Skills
  • 1–2 years’ experience in sales as a new business hunter, ideally in a target-driven environment.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English, with strong verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to learn and explain technical products or services quickly.
  • Experience using CRM platforms and sales tools.
  • Confident negotiation skills and experience handling objections.
  • Resilience, persistence, and the ability to remain focused under pressure.
  • Understanding of Latin American markets or business practices is advantageous.
