What You’ll Do :

We’re looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to help us scale and optimize the full sales engine, from lead to renewal. You’ll own the systems, data, and processes that keep our revenue team running efficiently, ensuring data-driven decisions and consistent growth.

  • Build and maintain playbooks, templates, and pipeline management frameworks.
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to drive process adoption and operational excellence using predictive analytics and AI-based recommendations.
  • Maintain and continuously optimize Salesforce integrating AI copilots (Einstein, GPT, or equivalent) to surface insights, detect anomalies, and enrich CRM data automatically.
  • Design interactive dashboards with AI-powered forecasting models to track pipeline health, conversion, and ARR growth.
  • Deliver actionable insights around ARR growth, conversion rates, and territory performance.
  • Partner with Sales and Finance to deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts.
  • Support quota allocation, territory design, and sales capacity planning using data modeling and what-if analysis tools.
  • Monitor key funnel metrics (MQL → SQL → Opportunity → Closed-Won) with real-time alerts
  • Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements through AI-based diagnostics and root-cause analysis to accelerate velocity and win rates.
  • Align with Marketing on lead generation, campaign performance, and ABM programs.
  • Partner with Customer Success to monitor retention, upsell, and cross-sell motions.
  • Support leadership on strategic initiatives, GTM rollouts, and business reviews.
What We’re Looking For :
  • 3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related GTM role in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Strong command of Salesforce, reporting, and dashboard creation with a passion for automation, data enrichment, and AI-driven insights.
  • Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation and storytelling skills.
  • Proven experience in forecasting, enablement, and territory planning.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-growing startup environment.
Nice to Have :
  • Experience with AI-enabled Sales Engagement tools (e.g., Salesloft, Copilot, Outreach Kaia).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
  • Background in cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS.
  • Exposure to revenue intelligence platforms (Clari, Gong, People.ai).
  • Experience integrating or orchestrating agentic workflows for RevOps automation.
