Formación

  • Previous experience in sales Back Office or operations is preferred.

Sales Operations Associate will be in contact with our internal sales teams and directly with resellers in the Spanish region as well as serve as first contact point to some of our vendors. In this position you do have the chance to develop our business to be even more successful.

Your daily work as a Sales Operations Associate consists of customer service mainly by email, quoting and order management (from quote to invoice) and various Back Office administrative tasks. You will be also responsible for having an in-depth knowledge on the customers portfolio of products, creation of potential offers and assistance to our customers. In order to be successful, you need to actively follow your sales cases as well as orders until execution. You will work especially closely with colleagues in Spain. This position is based in Madrid, with a hybrid work model option.

  • You have good organizing and team working skills and you pick up easily new programs and tools
  • Accuracy is a must in this position
  • Administrative or similar education and commercial working experience in sales Back Office or operations are preferred
  • Native in Spanish
  • Fluent in English min. B2 level as mandatory
