Your work

As Sales Manager for Spain, based in Valencia, you will focus on developing new business.. Your role is to bring IQIP’s high-end mechanical solutions to customers across the country especially in infrastructure and heavy civil works. You will travel frequently to meet clients, understand their needs, and support them with technical solutions. You will manage both long-term strategic deals and shorter sales cycles, with a strong focus on business development.

Your responsibilities

Build and execute a strategic sales plan for the Spanish market

Drive new business and grow IQIP’s presence in Spain

Travel extensively across the country to meet customers and attend industry events

Identify technical challenges and present fitting IQIP solutions

Collaborate with internal teams for engineering and commercial support

Lead the full sales process from prospecting to contract signing

Track market developments and share insights internally

Your Profile

A bachelor’s degree in a technical or commercial area

Proven experience in sales of technical or mechanical equipment

Able to manage both long-cycle and short-cycle sales

Fluent in Spanish and English

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Willingness to travel frequently within Spain

Experience in civil construction, infrastructure, or heavy machinery markets

Commercially driven, customer-focused, and hands-on
