Overview

We are currently looking for a professional and target-oriented Sales Manager. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager focused on leading our commercial efforts in targeting and building market presence in Spain. In this pivotal role, you will have full commercial responsibility for defining and executing the sales strategy. Your expertise will be crucial in segmenting and developing targeted customer bases, increasing market share, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and utilise the potential of the market to unlock new business opportunities by developing sharp, scalable action plans focused on acquiring new customers.
  • Execute targeted outbound sales strategies to consistently exceed revenue targets, with a focus on new client acquisition.
  • Own and exceed your individual sales quota, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Use a data-driven approach to prioritise leads, optimise outreach efforts, and maximise ROI.
  • Apply a repeatable, high-performance sales methodology with tenacity, resilience, and a competitive mindset.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and executives to drive strategic business development and long-term growth.
Requirements

The Sales Manager is a hands-on, pro-active personality, able to achieve and cultivate a close relationship with customers. The sales manager has a thorough understanding of customer demands for investment goods and a good intuition for digital business and methods. They bring an affinity with the fashion, athleisure and apparel industry and a good understanding of production environments.

The Sales Manager is solution-oriented and consultancy-driven, hunts new logos and drives revenue by engaging with prospects and existing customers, addressing their needs, providing value-added solutions and nurturing long-lasting partnerships.

  • Demonstrated success in B2B technology companies (Machinery, SaaS or EaaS) for several years.
  • Proven track record of sales success with a focus on enterprise sales and business development within a production environment.
  • Highly skilled in proactively building a pipeline and generating a strong foundation of qualified opportunities whilst nurturing high-touch relationships with customers.
  • Motivated by results and the challenge of opening doors and closing deals.
  • Strong track record in solution-based sales within a high-performing, revenue-driven organization.
  • CAPEX deals experience an advantage.
  • Experience in Fashion and Athleisure is desirable.
  • Strong entrepreneurial thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to execute complex business plans.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • High level of emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
  • Thrives in an individual contributor role with full autonomy and accountability.
  • Fluent Spanish & English speaker (additional Portuguese or French would be advantageous).
