About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth and strengthen market presence in this role you will :
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
- Build and expand client relationships identifying new opportunities for products and solutions.
- Partner with R&D and production teams to support product innovation and resolve technical and commercial challenges.
- Prepare documentation for bids and tenders ensuring competitive proposals.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to refine go-to-market strategies.

Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Marketing Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or related fields.
- Relevant experience and contacts in power AMI distribution products water meters gas meters or communication modules.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.
- Strong results orientation and proven ability to deliver on sales targets.
- Willingness to travel frequently for international business.
