A growing health supplement company in Madrid is seeking motivated Sales Representatives to develop sales within specific regions. Candidates should have strong communication skills and an understanding of healthcare products. This role is commission-based for the first 8 months, with the possibility of transitioning to a salaried position. Training and ongoing support will be provided.

Formación

  • Passion for healthcare and strong communication skills.
  • Experience in sales is preferred but not required.

We are a dynamic and growing company specialising in high-quality supplements and practitioner-only products, with plans to expand into lab testing services. We work with healthcare professionals across functional medicine, nutrition, alternative medicine and conventional medical fields. We are seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our team. Each representative will focus on developing and growing sales within a specific region. Ideal candidates should possess a passion for healthcare, strong communication skills, and the ability to establish effective relationships with healthcare practitioners and clinics.

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with clinics, healthcare practitioners, and wellness professionals.

  • Generate leads through calls, emails, and in-person visits (or video calls) if necessary.
  • Track and manage leads, contacts, and sales activity using Excel or other tools.
  • Experience in sales is preferred but not required—training is provided.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare products, treatment plans, or protocols.
  • Proficiency with Excel and familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify are a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Commission-based only for the first 8 months (flexible hours and earning potential).
  • Evaluation of performance after 8 months with the possibility of transitioning to a salaried role.
  • Training and ongoing support provided.
