Mission

Your mission is to build, lead, and grow our new business line as a Sales Engineer - Hygienic Food & Beverage - Spanish Market:

Responsibilities
  • Pioneer the Portfolio: Take full ownership of the Hygienics customer portfolio and lead the strategic introduction of our pumps, a key new product company member, into the Spanish market.
  • Leverage Current Strength: Start from our existing offering, which includes our diaphragm pumps and dosing systems and other centrifugal and lobe pumps, which have already secured inroads with key Spanish players.
  • Drive Sector Performance: Define and execute the commercial strategy to amplify our performance across all hygienic applications. This includes, but is not limited to, Food and Beverage, and extends decisively into high-value sectors such as Healthcare, Body Care, and Pharmaceutical.
  • Meet Objectives: Agree upon and execute a detailed commercial strategy with management to meet our ambitious objectives for turnover and market share.
  • Build the Future: Your ultimate goal is not just to introduce our Pumps successfully, but to leverage your success and experience to build a dedicated team around this new business line, establishing new routes to market and preparing for the future integration of specialized products like progress cavity pumps, twin screw pumps, and gear pumps.
  • The main first step is the successful introduction into the Spanish Market (target and prospect customers, pertinent quotations, and technical & commercial alignments) of our new Product Company member.
