Un desarrollador inmobiliario internacional busca un profesional para maximizar las ventas de productos inmobiliarios a través de la generación de leads propios y de la compañía. El candidato ideal tendrá experiencia en ventas, así como en el desarrollo de relaciones con clientes. Las responsabilidades incluyen asistir a eventos de la industria y gestionar registros de ventas y relaciones con los clientes. Este puesto es vital para alcanzar y sobrepasar los objetivos de venta establecidos.

Formación

  • Mínimo de 3-5 años de experiencia en ventas de propiedades o industrias relacionadas como bienes de lujo.
  • Capacidad para desarrollar y mantener relaciones con clientes durante el proceso de ventas.

Reporting into the Sales Director, this position is responsible for generating and maximizing sales of real estate products through self-generated client leads, broker leads, and company generated leads to meet and exceed the sales targets defined by management, within guidelines, standards, corporate and legal governance, to ensure profitability through sales.

Ensure that sales targets are reached and, where possible, exceeded within the agreed period for a particular product.

Responsibilities
  • Maximize sales business through various and innovative sales channels with the aim of improving company revenue.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing support and guidance throughout the sales process.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships and generate new leads.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales transactions, client information, and sales activity reports.
  • Visit assigned locations to identify and target potential clients for each type of company products, with the aim of increasing the client database and sales.
  • Collect information and data on projects in the market, the sales philosophy and approach of competitors.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in property sales or other related industries such as luxury goods and high-end brands.
