About the Role : As an Aviation Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding our sales operations, contributing to the growth and success of our established company in the aviation industry.

Responsibilities :
  • Experience in selling airframe rotable parts to airlines operating A320 / 737NG / E-Jet in Europe.
  • Establish, maintain, and develop business relationships in the region with airlines and MROs.
  • Identify and cultivate pooling agreements, repair management agreements, sales and exchanges for engine LRUs, nacelles, structures, and components.
  • Facilitate opportunities for acquiring aircraft, engines, and inventory from airline customers.
  • Assist in submitting proposals and quotations to prospective customers.
  • Follow up on projects and proposals to ensure successful closure.
  • Build strong customer relations with key decision-makers involved in purchasing.
  • Support contract negotiations and manage credit issues with customers.
  • Collaborate with Product Line Directors to ensure demand-driven stock availability and inform customers about in-stock parts.
  • Work with Product Line Directors on sales tactics for in-stock items.
  • Prepare and present regional reports as required.
  • Visit customers and prospects to build relationships and promote business, with travel being essential.
Qualifications :
  • Proven experience in selling or purchasing airframe rotable parts to airlines operating A320 / 737NG / E-Jet in Europe.
  • Expertise in developing relationships, establishing partnerships, and building strategic alliances.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate a high-performance sales team.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
  • High-energy, meticulous, organized, and detail-oriented.
