Job Summary

As a Swedish-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) , you’ll play a vital role in driving new business for the Swedish market. Your job will be to engage potential customers, introduce them to the company’s offerings, and set up meetings for the sales team. You will be at the forefront of expanding market reach and creating lasting first impressions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out outbound prospecting campaigns in Swedish via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Qualify inbound inquiries and cold leads, ensuring they are a strong fit for further engagement.
  • Map out target accounts and identify key stakeholders.
  • Schedule product demos and sales meetings for senior team members.
  • Maintain and update CRM data with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Consistently achieve activity, pipeline, and lead-generation targets.
Requirements
  • Native or fluent Swedish language skills (spoken and written) plus professional English.
  • Minimum 1 year of sales, lead generation, or customer-facing experience (SDR, BDR, Inside Sales, or similar).
  • Comfortable conducting high volume outbound calls (80-100+).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A strong work ethic and resilience in handling objections.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
